5cl precursor cooking process

Today, I will disclose to you the manufacturing process of X. Subsequently, I will provide you with a detailed explanation of the materials and procedures involved.

The production of X requires a total of four essential components, including one kilogram of main ingredient, three liters of DMF CAS 68-12-2, 850 grams of Potassium Carbonate CAS 584-08-7, and 500 grams of 1-Bromo-5-Fluoropentene CAS 407-97-6.newopioid

Next, I will outline the six steps necessary for the manufacturing process of X.
Step 1: Insert DMF into the machinery and start stirring. Then, put all the main materials into the machine. Wait for about ten minutes. After 10 minutes, add 850 grams of potassium carbonate and rotate between 300 and 380 rpm. When the temperature reaches 55 degrees, remove the heat source. Please note that if the reaction is not complete, potassium carbonate will sediment to the bottom.
Step 2: Stir for one minute and then slowly add 1-bromo-5-fluoropentene into the mixture. Then, wait for the temperature to slowly rise.
The third step is to monitor the temperature inside the reactor and activate the heater when 1-bromo-5-fluoropentene has been fully added, maintaining the temperature between 90-95 degrees Celsius for 5 hours. It is important to use professional temperature gauges and not rely on the digital display of the electric heater.
The fourth step is to switch off the heater after 5 hours and let the temperature drop to room temperature. If a faster cooling rate is desired, ice cubes can be added to fill up the reactor.
The fifth step is to wash off the potassium carbonate thoroughly. Failure to do so will lower the purity of the finished product. Potassium carbonate is soluble in water. If the water remains neutral, it means that all potassium carbonate has been washed away. One can also prepare ice water (4-5 times DMF) in the container, which refers to crushed ice cold water (below 20 degrees Celsius). Pour the cooled reaction solution into the ice water slowly. After placing all cooled reaction fluids in ice water for 30 minutes, stir every 2 minutes for three times until the pH value of the water reaches 7 or lower 7, then filter out the solid. The white powder filter cake is the finished product.
The sixth step is to dry the solid, which can be air dried at room temperature. If conditions permit, a drying machine can be used.
